Protein Ball Recipe

Protein Ball Recipe

Everyone knows the best candy bar around isn't a candy bar - it's Reese's Peanut Butter Cups! Unfortunately, sitting down and eating a few peanut butter cups on a daily or even weekly basis is most definitely going to lead to some unfavorable health outcomes. But if you're like most of us who are on some sort of health or fitness journey, you still get that sweet tooth from time to time. Enter our Peanut Butter Cup High-Protein Balls. These babies are super simple to make, will satisfy that Reese's craving, and best of all - do so while not blowing out your daily macros count with a ton of sugar.

Here's what you'll need:
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup honey
1 cup natural peanut butter
1 1/2 scoops of WHEY'D protein powder (we used Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup flavor)
Simply combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Then form them into 1-inch balls and place in a glass baking dish or plate and cover. The last step is the only difficult one of the entire process... waiting to eat them until they set in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours. But if you can manage to wait, you're in for a delicious, Reese's-like treat that is healthy and enjoyable.
Cheers!
