For the crust:
1/2 cup Almond Flour

Directions:
1. **Preheat your oven** to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.

3. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges start to slightly brown. Let crust cool completely.
4. In another bow add all of your pumpkin filling ingredients, microwave for 10-15 seconds, then stir until fully combined.
5. Pour pumpkin filling over crust layer and set in freezer for at least 2 hours.Â
